help speccing a new loop

been out of the WC 'loop' for some years now, but want to give it a go if beneficial. basically, i have a evolv shift x case and my palit dual 2080 TI doesn't fit as its 2.5 slot unless i left the back of the case off. which i don't want to do.

can you sugeest a simple loop for the CPU (AM3 R7 3700X) and the palit gpu RTX 2080 TI DUAL card and i fancy a pump/res combo, may go with the ion i once had as i liked that. the case has no 5.25" bay. motherboard is a Auros X570i pro wifi board.

or can i get 2 x 120mm AIO's for the GPU and CPU?

best to send my case back under normal rules, buy another itx that will take my card.

other option is to buy another card, thinking 2080 2 slot and sell my TI

EK's cooling configurator page is playing up so I'm guessing a little here but a full-cover block for a 2080ti (assuming there is one for your card which I believe to be true) is going to be around £100 off the bat. Pump, rads, tubing, a decent CPU block will add another £150-£200 depending on how fancy you go.

So you're looking at maybe £250-£300 to cool a card just so you can close your case.

yes, i've decided to sell the GPU and then will buy a lesser card, probably a 5700 XT which will match the 3700x. i can play 4k at medium/high detail easily on that. thanks.
