Help this is getting confusing

I have the system described below and I'm starting to get confused with the problems I'm having. I have been getting BSD occasionally and programmes are crashing every now and then. I thought it might be the memory as it is Geil and I have had problems with it in the past. I ran Memtest and the memory seemed fine after 6 passes. I then ran Orthos in Blend mode....... and it lasted 25 seconds. I removed the Overclock and tried again and it lasted 25 seconds. If I just try the CPU Orthos test it goes for quite a bit longer and if I try just the Memory test in Orthos it goes for 25 minutes. Someone please help me my very expensive machine doesn't seem to be stable at stock speeds let alone Overclocked!!!!!
I just want a nice stable machine

I have checked with that on-line PSU calculator and the power supply is powerfull enough even with a modest overclock. Thanks.

PSU calculator is always over and beyond what you actually need
i entered my current pc and it calculated i need 435 watts
well it's overclocked on an old enermax e365 350 watt power supply.
And probably using not much over 230 watts.
