I want to rebuild my current RAID setup (Raid 0) and change to Raid 5 hopefully to give me a bit more redundancy.
The drives I have are as follows -
I'm open to buying another drive or two if it makes the setup easier.
What do you reckon would be the best option? so far I'm thinking RAID 5 for the 4 500gb drives giving me 1.5tb useable. Then possible take 750gb from the other two and either RAID 5 them or RAID 1. I'm just not sure I want two separate RAIDs and trying to decide on which RAID to put my OS and critical docs.
