HELP upgrading soon....

Hi peeps ive been away for ages but can any1 spec me for a complete tower build for 400 quid.Its my first upgrade for two years so im totally out of touch at the moment.I will try to get back on the forum tommorow to check replies.

A lot better than my current rig either way , so im lookin happy...
