Hi peeps ive been away for ages but can any1 spec me for a complete tower build for 400 quid.Its my first upgrade for two years so im totally out of touch at the moment.I will try to get back on the forum tommorow to check replies.

Well the CPU has a 9x multiplier and the Ram will run at 333mhz guaranteed so that is 3ghz or near as damnit. However that relies on the chip being capable and the cooling being sufficient so it obviously can't be guaranteed. :)
