Personally i would go with the top choice the overclock has been done for you and its goin to be stable and its got 6 gig of DDR3 ram and the other only got 3 gig of DDR3 Ram.

Yeah the top bundle is better, however if you buy separately you get this, which is a much better set up, you just need to clock yourself - main improvement is the mobo, the UD5 is an excellent board, alternatively if you want to save money you could drop down a few models, just look through the ones available to see what you need

Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Intel X58 (Socket 1366) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard £246.09 (£213.99)
Intel Core i7 920 2.66Ghz (Nehalem) (Socket LGA1366) - OEM £229.99 (£199.99)
Corsair XMS3 6GB DDR3 PC3-10666C9 1333MHz (3x2GB) Triple Channel DDR3 (TR3X6G1333C9) £74.74 (£64.99)
Akasa AK-967 Nero Direct Contact Heatpipe CPU Cooler (AM2/AM2+/939/LGA775/LGA1366) £31.04 (£26.99)
Sub Total : £505.96
