Help upgrading

My bro wants to upgrade his Micro ATX for gaming for maximum of £200 - He already has a monitor, keyboard, mouse and:

PSU:I don't know the make 300W
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620
RAM: 3gb (Idk the brand)
Mobo: M2N68-LA (nForce chipset)
A DVD/R
Some CoolerMaster CPU heatsink
Something like a SATA 2 500gb HDD (Maybe a 6gb/s not sure)

I think he'll be running games at 1680 x 1050 aswell.

I would be greatful if you guys would tell me what he needs to turn it in to a gaming machine with only £200. He's only looking to play games like Guild Wars 2, Tera, Diablo 3 etc. Nothing major.

I'm a little worried about the space for a Graphics card.

I would have said plow it all into a 7850 but with a 300W PSU your not going to be able to use it.

and a second hand 7850 from flea bay or similar should hit you £200

i'd go with something like the following, the case looks to be ok from the pics you've posted, but if you think the case is likely to be an issue swap the gfx card for a 6850 and get the zalman z9 case :
