So the problem is, the pump works(constantly around 2000rpm) but the fan is on 0rpm? the fan itself doesnt actually stop, it still spins slowly but it still doesnt help cooling the cpu
the weird thing, the fan sometimes works! around 2000rpm but eventually itll gradually decrease to 0 again! I dunno what triggers it, sometimes itll constantly work on 40° but often it wont spin until my cpu temp reach 70°!
