Evening folks,
I'm hoping someone can help me in regards to a few issues I'm having with my pc.
The first problem I have is that sometimes when I start up my computer and try and click on a programme it just hangs there and won't do anything until I reset and restart the computer, this has been happening for a while now and I've tried defragging, virus scans, malware scans etc and nothing seems to work.
The second problem I have is all of a sudden youtube videos were loading up extremely slowly and at times the video would just stop right in the middle and it would look like that was the end, you then press the refresh page button and the video would start again and you'd fine that it was actually in the middle of the video.
One thing I did notice at this time was flash player kept crashing so I downgraded it to 10.1 again but even then it's still pretty much the same, it just doesn't crash as much.
The last problem I'm going to bring up is that my blu ray software (Cyberlink PowerDVD) just stopped working. Every time I tried to open a file it would just come up with an error message saying an unexpected error occured and it would close down.
Any advice is greatly appreciated folks as I've now spent close to 3 full weekends trying to find out what's wrong with my computer.
Forgot to mention - Operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate and browsers are Firefox and Chrome and the youtube issue is with both.
