Help! Will it fit?

Hey guys, I currently own a h75 AIO and saw these fans

Would they fit? The attachment is for a 120mm fan but how about the diameter and the pump tubing?

Any help appreciated.

I don't think it will fit. Why would you want to use it anyway? You'll get better cooling using a 120mm fan on 120 rad anyhow.

Won't fit, it's a 120mm AIO and a 140mm cooler
