Help with 1st Ryzen OC

[Erm yeah that’s hard to pick one]

Hi, Can anyone help with what OC settings to use.

Any idea what the max might be I can hit.

ASUS Prime B450M-A
Ryzen 7 1700
Patriot Memory Viper Steel PVS48G320C6 8GB DDR4 3200MHz
Corsair RX1000w
GOLDEN FIELD SF240 RGB All-in-One Liquid CPU Cooler With 240mm Radiator

Have flashed to the latest BIOS.

Start at 3.8ghz at 1.35v and work your way up in 50mhz till it crashes then give it 1.4v and it should be stable, if not just go back down 50mhz. Would expect it to top out at 3.9-4.1ghz

You better forget overclocking with that cheap board's scam level VRM without even any cooling.
Even stock CPU under full all core load would push it very hard courtesy of no VRM heatsinks.
