I have come to have too much malware / crap on my PC, I'm trying to avoid formatting as I have a lot of files I want to keep, photos, music lists etc.
I have 2 HDD's, one I have XP installed and all of my apps, (this is just the drive the crap will be on?
) and a second for documents and backed up files etc.
Now I was wondering, If I was to format my first drive and reinstall windows, will all the documents on the second be ok to add onto a fresh install of windows? or does that second drive also need formatting?
I'm not to sure on this and would appreciate some help
