Hi there, this is driving me nuts!

I use my PC for a while then whenver could be an hour or could be a whole day it will freeze, the sound repeats over and over through the speakers and then after 2-3 seconds reboots.

It'll also, when i just managed to login, reboot around 15-20 seconds later without even doing anything! Sometimes it will sometimes it wont!

Its not a heat problem i dont think, eveything is cool and the graphics card is new.

What could cause this any help would be great this is driving me mad!

Matt.

I did iot with old psu that qtec one was to try and stop it, so its not that, its not temps ether, fans all spinning freely, cpu, gpu all running cool.

Had pc since last xmas been doing it now for 2-3months. only tends to roughly 2 times a week :-S

I installed latest graphics drivers and about to do chipset ones too. See if that solves it, anything else u can think of?

disable bios settings, such as?

Matt.

how certain are you mate thats its the psu, i dont want to go out spending a big bag full of £££ if it doesnt fix the problem, but it seems its somthing i should do from what youve said even if it isnt the problem?
