Help with a film name please

Hello all

I remember watching a film over 10 years ago (I know quite a while ago lol) and it starts with a guy getting the chair or or lethal injection but after he is dead he posseses people and starts killing them and I think he whistles a certain tune. Sorry for the lack of information but if you can guess what the name is I would be greatful as i'd really like to watch it again

This tune stayed in my head for years after watching that movie in my teens, watched it again recently and it was a case of rose-tinted glasses on remembering it, has not aged well.

That was part of how I was remembering it as well lol. Your right though, it hasn't aged well but im just glad I know what it is again
