Help with a Gaming Build - £1000

Hi,

I'm a bit rusty on what components are any good these days so need a bit of help on a full build. The PC needs to be quiet. I'd preferably like an i7 or better.

I'd like the following extras:

SSD - no less than 100gb (which would mean a big media drive min 1.5TB)
Custom Heatsink such as a scythe or quieter
Monitor (minimum 22")
2.1 speakers
Sound card
A decent PSU
8GB RAM

I don't need Windows 7.

The rig will be used for media and mainly gaming and the budget is £1000 max.

I have changed the 460 to one from Palit, these have a little reputation from users to be a bit loud when the fan spins up, if you can keep the ASUS then do it.
