The questions are telling you what you need to do. It's Cisco. If you have studied the areas you could answer these questions very easy.

I hate these types of tests - who is honestly keying in ACLs into routers rather than having an automation platform take care of it, or managing access based on what network people are plugged into rather than the identity of the person using that device.

Anyway the thing I always got wrong on these was the wildcard mask.
