A strange thread premise I shall grant you, however one that is driving a friend of mine partially mad.

Basically, he is trying to remember the episode name (or ANYTHING about the episode to help him remember where this qoute is from).

Basically, either Lisa or Marge say to Grampa Simspons "you are crazy grampa"

He replies with:

"Oh, sure the old man is crazy"

He then says in the most sarcastic voice in the world:

"wait, where am I, who are you, whole stole my medicine?"

Does anyone have a clue as to even the premise of the episode?

Thanks again for looking at the thread :D

You are nuts! I remember it, just not the specific episode or what is going on!

Well, technially *nudges the blame gently over to a friend* he is the one that is it driving crazy ;)

I have tried googling for the qoute, but with not much luck. He is actually considering watching ALL of the simpsons series to see if he can find it!

Incidently, and not sure if this is helpful. He said that he *THINKS* it is a more late season, like 4+, because he says he remember's the quality of the animation and drawing to be better than it was early on.

Hmmm, that is odd my friend thought it was that episode, but it didn't seem to be the right one.

http://www.snpp.com/episodes/3F19 checking there, I couldn't find it by searching for "medicine" either.

That is the episode where Santa's little helper has a twisted stomach, and costs them 750 dollars to have surgery on it.

Isn't it the one where santa's little helper is ill?

If it is that one, the episode is called 'Dog of Death', and this is the quote:

The Simpsons said:
Grampa: "Hey, the dogs dead."

Bart: "Grampa, he's not dead."

Homer: "Dad, you shouldn't say the Dog's dead when he's not."

Lisa: "It's not fair to toy with peoples emotions like that."

Grampa: "He is dead. I'll get a shovel."

Marge:
"Well he's not dead but he is awfully sick."

Grampa: "Oh sure, the old man's off his rocker. If Grampa says he's dead he must be alive."

Lisa: "He is alive, he's wagging his tail."

Grampa: "That's only nothing. Dogs wag their tails for hours after they die. I'm tired of this conversation. Let's talk about something else. I'm going home."

But as someone said, no mention of 'medicine'.

The Simpsons said:
FBI Guy: "Freeze. FBI. The jig is up."

Grampa: "Alright, I admit it! I am the Lindbergh baby! Waah! Waah! Goo goo. I miss my fly fly dada."

FBI Guy: "Are you trying to stall us, or are you just senile?"

Grampa: "A little from column A, a little from column B."

lol :D

Found THIS site with all of Grampa Simpson's quotes on it but nothing comes up when you search for the one you're after. :( Is your mate 100% sure he's right?

My friends sister also says she remembers the quote from some episode, and someone here mentions they have heard the quote.

This is silly. It shouldn't be this hard to find a quote from an episode :(

"who shot who in the what now?" :D

from who shot mr burn's. the old guy with the false leg says it.

i'll ask my mate if he knows, he's a massive simpsons buff.

I am reviving this thread, because it is still driving us nuts, does anyone have an idea?

*EDIT*

We are starting to think it could be homer that said the quote, but we aren't sure :(
