So I'm looking into getting the components to build a new system in an old Coolermaster Wave case that i have. I have a Corsair TX 650W power supply that i bought back in 2008 which i am assuming will be ok.
this is an intended upgrade from an Abit IP35 Pro with a Q6600 that isn't and will never be overclocked and a 200 series geforce card of which i cannot remeber the exact model (im at work

I need to upgrade because my old gfx card's memory is dying and the rest of the system is obviously a little dated. I can get the above for £338 including free delivery from a competitor and i wouldn't want to go more then that. (more chance of getting it passed by the long haired colonel if i keep it as close to 300 as possible).
so basically i was hoping that a couple of you clever guys could tell me if I'm making a mistake or if i could possibly do better with the spec and budget.
