A bit weird IMO, but I'm sure you guys will have this sussed in no time.

There are 3 of us trying to access a corporate link from our (separate) homes as we're WFH.
Two of us can't access the link with the following message:

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

One of us can access the link, but has to navigate the privacy message due to:

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

The colleague with the privacy error can proceed to the site by clicking the link to continue.

How can the other 2 get access? :confused:

The second error is fine if the certificate isn't valid, it's just the browser warning you.

The first one I believe is basically a DNS error saying it can't find the resource you're looking for. If it's an internal site, are they connected to a VPN? Do they have access to other internal resources?

They are all accessing the same url from 3 completely different geographical locations.
Flush DNS cache, restart and try again.
That didn't work.

What DNS servers are you all using? If different then use nslookup to change server and test if it resolves for those who it doesn't work. Then try browse via IP anyway.
