Help with basic watercooling (AIO) solution

I'm looking for some help please regarding upgrading my current PC which is a 4yr old build with a few changed components over the years. Basically as the PC sits in my living room I want to reduce the noise and cool it better than it currently is. This is my current setup:

Fractal Design Define R3 low noise case
Intel i7 3770k CPU (basic overclocking to 4.0 ghz)
Corsair Hydro H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Asus P8Z77-V
16gb Corsair PC3-12800
MSI Radeon R9 390 Gaming Edition (not oc'ed)
Corsair CX 750W 80 PLUS Bronze
34" UW LG monitor

Now at the moment when i play a game, even just WOW, the GPU pushes over 90 degrees (60 idle) and the CPU also approaches 90 (40 idle). I had a few full PC crashes during the summer too but don't have the record of temps from then.

So after a few months of frustration with the situation, a unique opportunity presented itself this week which will allow me to upgrade my PC. I would LOVE a full watercooled PC and considered a straight replacement, but decided that the more sensible option was to upgrade my graphics card and try to sort out the noise/cooling.

I would love to put in a custom watercooling kit but having read the many informative posts here, the ongoing maintenance could be an issue (i forget to do that sort of thing!).

So, i am looking to replace the AIO cpu cooler and buy a nvidia 1080 with built in AIO watercooling.

Therefore i would appreciate some recommendations for this...... although i still yearn in my heart to hear about a simple custom kit which requires little maintenance! :)

Thanks for the response. I've added that to my basket and now looking at the graphics card to get before hitting the 'buy' option. Just wish now that I hadn't bought a freesync monitor earlier this year!

The EK Predator is bascially the best AIO simply because it is a custom loop pre-assembled for you. You get performance, silence, upgradability, repairability and more functionality, you just have to pay for it.

If that is what you have gone for then I hope you enjoy it!

I had a 900d case (huge) with a tonne of rads 480/280/420 dual d5 pumps
running a x99 cpu overclocked and a titan XP

Now Ive downsized to Define nano S case x99 itx board with full cover water block from bits power and the Titan XP is watercooled as well

Ive literally stuck a predator 240 in there and added a slim 120 rad to the back of the case, and it 20db quieter at load than the big rig was uses 100w less at the wall and is even quieter at load.

so those predators are a great set up in a small build trust me, if they fit mind...

Are you running a CPU block on that? If so what are the temps like?

If you mean me ?

then not wanting to hi jack the post, yes I'm running CPU and VRM and GPU block, Temps are great

It's Idle at CPU 32c / VRM 32c / GPU 24c

I've just finished the build but early testing of max load temps are good i mean running heaven and intel XTU at the same time to stress the CPU / VRM & GPU at the same time so in teory generating more heat than in game im getting;

CPU 57c / VRM 44c / GPU 46c

CPU is stock and VGA is Overclocked 265/500

I'm well pleased it just so quiet even at load its queiter than my 900d was at idle:D

Well after a long gaming run of about 4 hours temps on the GPU went up to 52c
And the CPU hit 58c with the VRM at 46c

So the little predator packs a punch cooling wise, I'm more than happy with it.
