Help with bios update

Is it possible to flash a bios from a cd? Do i need anything else but the bios file? (its only 1 .rom file)

No but if thats the only way guess ill have to grab one

It's not the only way no. CD is an option if you can create a bootable DOS CD with the flash utility and BIOS file, it'd just be a long-winded way of doing it.
