Help with buying a Jaaaaaaaaag XFR

I've got an XFR and it puts a smile on my face every time I start it :D:D

I went for a facelift as I love the looks of it. The way this car pulls is amazing, the torque throughout the rev range etc.

Lovely car.

He's been really pleased with it, I think in the gloss black, the pre-facelift actually looks quite good. Obviously the facelift looks nicer still, but this isn't bad.

I do think the tail pipes are a little on the skinny side for the large body panels though. I also think the wing mirrors are comically large. A performance orientated car should always have sleek wing mirrors IMO.

Waiting for a nice day so I can have a proper go in it. We have decided on a car swap day

Wing mirror sizes are governed by law - those mirrors on your M3 would not be type approved on a new car sadly.

The most obvious example of this change was the size of the mirrors on the LCI E90 compared with the pre LCI...

That's what I mean, it's a shame they can't be sleek any more, although how do some cars (modern exotics for example) get away with it?
