Who cares about that.
The market, presumably, which is why it's worth so much less than a 2010 E63.

Although it's generally true that Mercs seem to hold their value better, that doesn't seem a particularly good comparison to me. It's £10k more for a car which had a list price starting at almost £10k more than the XFR, and has almost 30k fewer miles on it. Mileage seems to be the biggest factor in Jag values too, you're looking at £23k+ for an equivalent car to that E63.[TW]Fox;28708360 said:The market, presumably, which is why it's worth so much less than a 2010 E63.

I've been thinking about a facelift XFR for a while now, to replace my XF-S, but the prices are still really high if you want a car with Jaguar approved warranty, and there doesn't seem to be awful lot of choice out there.
It's true the Jaguar infotainment system is slow, but the sound quality from my ones B&W stereo is excellent, which is something of a consolation..
The newest facelift has only just come out so these should start falling. The first generation XF have a good amount more to go too as they do not have the looks of the facelift and the latest facelift.
The latest 'facelift' is actually a brand new car on the new aluminium platform with the new Ingenium engines. Basically XEs bigger brother.
have a look on jaginfo.org if you need to do any research on what to look out for as found them quite helpful when I was doing research on mine
