This quite a lot for a randomer to ask someone but here goes....
There's a Lumia 435(which apparently isn't network locked) going on CPW for £25 as an upgrade, which is far cheaper than any other phone of similar specs. The problem is I'm on 3 pay as you go and in order to be eligible for their upgrade I need to be on T-Mobile, Vodafone, Orange or Virgin pay as you go. None of my family members are using these networks on pay as you go otherwise I would ask them.
I was wondering if someone would be generous enough to trust me both their mobile number and SIM serial number in order for me to purchase the phone. The account needs to be more than 6 months old, topped up in the last month and can't have been used to do a similar upgrade within the last 6 months, full T&Cs here. Just to clarify, it doesn't cost anything, but it means you cant 'upgrade' using the same process within the next 6 months.
The reason I ask is my Z1 compact had to get sent in for repair recently and I didn't have a phone to replace it with while it was sent away. I ended up borrowing a housemates phone but I won't always be able to do this and I wanted a cheap smartphone in case something similar happens again.
