I'm looking for some insipration on some recipes for a more low carb diet.
I'm currently eating about 4k calories with a 250/420/115g ratio of protein/carbs/fats.
I want to stay at around this calorie intake (maybe even a couple of hundred more if possible) as I'm trying to add mass, but at the minute I'm struggling to work out a high calorie diet without as many carbs.
Main thing I'm having trouble replacing is a low carb/high cal protein shake. I usually have; 30g whey, 50g oats, a banana and some milk. Tastes good but it's full of carbs.
Anyone got some basic low carb recipes either for a shake or any other meal? Oh and must be cheap as well, I could easily make up a diet eating 10 chicken breasts a day but my wallet couldn't handle it!
