Help with DOS Batch file...

I've got two apps - one of which is dependant on the other starting first.
The ideal solution would be a scheduled task pointing to a batch file which launches the apps. However, I need a pause of approx. 2 mins for app 1 to completely start up.

Any ideas? There's a pause command which requires intervention so that's no good.

Look for sleep.exe from the MS Resource Kit.

"Sleep 120" will make the script wait 120 seconds before continuing.
