Help with Draytek router

Hi All,

Possibly a stupid question!

I need to log onto my works Draytek router, I have asked the people who look after the servers to send me the password, which they did and they said:

‘Use the gateway IP address in a browser on port 8085’

How do i log on, what does this mean (lol

)

1. Open command prompt, type in ipconfig and make a note of the ip address that is next to Default Gateway
2. Open IE (or whatever browser you use) and type in x.x.x.x:8085
3. Use the credentials they have given you to log in

Depending on the browser you may need to manually enter http:// before the IP address when specifying a nonstandard port.
