help with ebay problem

need some advice...

bought a new ps2 on teh 10th from as guy that 30 feedback @100%

had coms with him pre-sale but had nothing since and had no replies to 2 mails ive sent .

its now been 8 days since i paid with teh estimated last day i should be getting it today ( 18th )

there no update in teh sale to shows hes sent it either

should i start to be worried and report it ? tbh i rather cancel teh whoel transaction now as its been soured ...

any advice ?
 
There's no big issue here.

It's going to be his loss because once you open a ticket the ball starts rolling and the seller has a certain time frame to respond and provide various details before eBay/PayPal return your money.

The situation sucks, I've been in it before but the outcome is in your favour.
 
It has only really been a few days, at this point it could all be innocent ie- a death in his family, been called off to work for a few days.

I kind of like to give the benefit of the doubt, but it won't hurt opening a ticket paypal/ebay.
 
its called speed typing on a keyboard thats pants ... and i dont look up until i press enter .. by which point i cant be arsed to changed it ...live with it ...

i'm not doing a job interview .. some people lol
 
I've asked a legitimate question ....if you dont have anything that involves the answer than dont post .. and mods i request you remove posts that dont apply

I had no issues reading what the OP has put.
OP have all of you're emails been via teh ebay communications doodah?
If not send one thru that requesting that the Seller updates you're parcel info.

Calm down. You seem very mad.

You have the right to write what and how you want. All I am trying to explain is that if you want people to stop taking teh (sorry I couldn't resist) pee out of you, then you should type with a good level of English.

It doesn't mean that you have to capitalize all the proper nouns etc. but at least TRY to make your posts legible, as reading your posts feels like a chore, and that is the opposite of what you want when you are asking for help.
