Sold my Sensation from the below link.

The buyer is wanting a refund. I may have not been clear enough that it is a normal Sensation running at XE speed of 1.5ghz. It's the same phone, just the kernel decides what speed to run at. It was flashed and is running at 1.5ghz.

The buyer is saying the phone does not look new, even though it's advertised as used ?? They also want postal costs which came to £6 to send it.

What should I do?

The only thing I think the buyer may have a point with is that I put this in the description.

HTC Sensation at XE 1.5ghz < could you say a bit misleading?

This Sensation has been unlocked to run at the XE's Dual Core 1.5ghz and includes Beats Audio etc.

It was a bit short sighted of me to think all people read.

not happy, because;it is not htc sensation xe,it is not 1,5ghz and it is very dirty looks like 5 years old phone.i want full money return and plus postal costs to send to you back this phone

I thought the phone was in pretty good nick no deep scratches, and it is running at 1.5ghz.
