Help with flashing firmware

Hi guys,

My girlfriends Samsung Galaxy S3 is having issues with the camera software and the Samsung KB Article suggest reflashing the phone. I'm happy to do this, but I've never done it and have no idea how!

I'm on OSX. I tried googling and found Heimdall but found it is not compatible with the latest version of OSX. Does anyone know of any alternatives? Or links to any guides?

Are you willing to use bootcamp / odin?

I'm not sure if the Mac version will have it but Kies should be able to reflash a clean image: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/
