help with gaming setup

The 5960X and the 5820/5930K don't come with any cooling (whether oem or retail boxed), not even an intel heatsink, so you will need something for that.

The Z97+i7 as it's a retail CPU socket 1150 CPU will come with a cheap stock intel heatsink.

You can have a aftermarket large heatsink (that may mean you desk has to be thick/tall to accommodate a tall 160mm+ cooler).

so theres no water block for it

the h100i fits it?

Any cooler that says it fits socket2011 will fit.

The H105 has a thicker radiator than the H100i so performance is a bit better.

If you go for a air heatsink then take into account tall memory modules interfering with fans overhanging the motherboards memory slots.

For 5960x support you need a 2011 X99 motherboard. It'll be hard to get a green one in the X99 range. I wouldn't look at painting anything either.

The boards stulid specced are 1150 motherboard that support 4670/4690/4770/4790 CPUs.

I think the 5960x is a bit of a waste the 5820k/5930k would be my choice. Or even Z97 4790k.

As for the colour scheme. Get black internals and decorate with green fans/cables and lights.

If you were decided on the 4790k, then the 4770k is a little bit of a step down, for colour purposes alone. If you were, to say, find either a 4770k or Gigabyte sniper motherboard secondhand that would make more sense.

The G5 is premium priced. The G1 is much better value considering your uses.

if i was to get the sniper 5 what cpu would you advice ?

As I'm pretty sure the 4790k needs a BIOS update, with a Z87 board, to work (even though it is the better CPU), the 4770k is the one to go for.. Try and get one secondhand if you can..
