Help with graphics card

Hi Gents need some assistance as not up to spec on tecnical side of things as have had a Dell Dimension 5150 for the past four years so not building comp anymore.
I dont play a lot of games but would like to play Call of duty World at War would prefer a cheapo passively cooled card if that is possible, current card is Radeon X600 256 mb hypermemory PCI\VEN which is not upto the job.
Pentium 4 CPU 3.40GHZ 3Gb memory. The other point is its a standard Dell power supply would this be any cause for concern thanks in advance

The only one I can find is this one, and it's in stock. Not sure you will be able to play WaW at mega settings though. All others I looked at were out of stock !

Ocuk have no cards in stock which are suitable for your needs.

The 4650 is available with a passive cooler, but not currently at OcUK(it does have a fan cooled version). IIRC it has pretty low power usage- about 50-60watts.

Thanks for replies didnt think the cards would be so cheap was thinking more £80 -£100 budget, passive cooling ( low noise ) was most important cosideration
