Help With GTA SA MP please

if i pick a server to join (anyone) and when it loads up i get this. :confused:

does anyone know how to solve it.

Have you got a firewall running in the background?

You will have to give GTA-MP access to connect to t'internet.

I had this with zone alarm, i needed to alt tab and approve it.

Thx for the reply i do not use a firewall i just use the one built into vista but i will look to see if the vista one has blocked it.

I have just turned off the fire wall and still the same problem

Have you installed any patches (v1.01)?

i seem to recall MTA doesn't like patches.

i know what that is. you have to patch your install of GTA:SA BACK to v1.0. think there is v1.0 , v1.1 and v1.2. There was a link for it in the main SA:MP thread. Basically, all it does it replace the main exe.
