I've got a weird hard drive issue that I'm hoping it's salvageable.

A few days ago i got a serious hard drive warning on my E drive (1.5tb samsung) which basically meant it was about to give up the ghost.

I frantically tried to back as much up as i could to my G drive (2tb seagate). Most of what i wanted to keep transferred across and i went to bed happy.

I switched my pc on this morning and got a disk check on start up but it was the healthy G drive getting checked. This then threw up errors which seemed to be relating to the files i tried to transfer over. When windows finally booted, everything is now really sluggish and takes several minutes to load.

The trouble is, when i look at 'my computer' the faulty E drive is showing and is accessible, however the healthy G drive shows as a blank drive with no used space and no free space.

I've no idea what's going on and how to access my G drive.

Any thoughts?

After a loooooooong time trying, i finally managed to view my hard drives in disk management and my G drive is showing as RAW? Although it was formatted in ntfs. I've started using EaseUS recovery wizard which has 24 hours left to run :/
