Help with HP return

    Hi all,

    I'm wondering if anybody can help me with this as I can't speak to HP customer services until Monday.

    I recently had a return request accepted for a HP laptop to be collected this Monday (2 days from now) I've received confirmation from the courier, reminding me to write the address and order number on the parcel. However I've not had any information of this sort from HP - not a returns label or even an address of where to send the item to! I obviously don't want the return to get lost or shipped to the wrong address, but neither do I want to miss the return date which would be an inconvenience.

    Any idea where I can get information on where I'm meant to return this to in the UK?

    I thought I'd ask here as somebody may have had to return a laptop to HP and dealt with a similar situation.

    Is it possible the courier will have a label and the generic email you received from the courier is not valid for this pickup or is out of date?

    Which courier is it?

    You just need to put the Order Number on the laptop box. The courier should come with a label :)
