Help with iphone 6s

I bought an iPhone 6s off the MM on here and it asking for this passcode

Does anyone know how to get pass this ? or reset this passcode ?

I have e-mail the seller and waiting for a reply...

Google says you can reset it by plugging it into itunes and restoring it but that didn't seem to work

You also need to check if the seller has removed the phone from the ICloud as you might not be able to use the find my iPhone option.

Even Apple say you can reset this password but it not working

Both my 2 PC's can't even see the iPhone when I connect it ..

Power the phone off - connect it to your pc via a lightning cable with iTunes open and as soon as the cable is inserted press
And hold the home button.
Eventually iTunes will pop up and say the device needs to be restored
