Does anyone on here use keypass as i could do with some info. I'd would like like keypass start when windows starts and the master key stored so i don't have to type it in, is this possible?.
This kind of defeats the purpose of securely storing your passwords in my view though, as anyone who knows your Windows password will then have access to your Keepass database.
^What he said, this seems like a really bad idea.
That said, if you're syncing Keepass databases, the database needs to be closed or locked to update it - it won't update if Keepass has the database unlocked.
Dropbox will sync the database after the user clicks save. No need to do anything else.
Generally yes, but if Windows is secured and he uses it across different platforms or computers (where it is locked), then that's fine by me...
Getting access to an account if you've got local access to the computer is simple, may as well just use excel then as far as I'm concerned. Each to their own blahblahblah
