Help with lane usage

I'm trying to figure out whats the fastest lane setup for an Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Hero. I've got a 3090ti, a 2tb nvme for games and a ssd for Windows operating system. Whats the fastest slot setup without affecting the gpu lane usage

The fastest slot would be the top one (CPU connected), but they're all PCI-E 4.0 and have no restrictions (assuming you are not using the bundled Hyper-M2 card).
