I got 4 sticks of 8Pack 3200 c14.14.14.31 and need someone to take a look over the settings to see if I have done anything silly.
3200 C16 seems ok, will the below voltages etc be ok, XMP wouldn't boot as expected!

Set your DOC voltage to 1.1 and try XMP again.

I’ll post a DDR4 overclocking guide that’ll give you an easy timings and voltage breakdown and get that running at full speed no problem.

You can even go in and tweak tertiary timings for a little extra speed.

Did so already! Thanks
This PC got retired and I'm just testing it, I updated from 42d to 53d last night after getting random fails yesterday with ram at 3200C14 1.375V 1.1 Soc
It will run 3200 XMP with the new bios but I'm not feeling the Voltage spikes and amount of voltage it brings. After another morning of testing I've settled
with the stock settings and pushed the Ram to 2666 from 2400. I've not managed to break it yet anyway!. And sadly it's going back to the cupboard it came from as a spare.
The other machine same spec is still being used, so this can replace either if they break with fresh win11 installed with TPM.2 module.

I don’t think the voltage jumps are an issue though.

Part of how systems work is they increase or decrease voltages and other settings depending on the power draw.

I’d just set it to the profile and enjoy your system.
