Help With Memory

hey ppl

i have my opty 170 clocked to 2.9ghz

290x10

20 hours prime stable

problem i have is my memory timings are all off

i have crucial balistix (2x1gb) PC4000 on a (dram/FSB) 5/06 divider (241mhz)

i have no idear what timings to set it at

im totaly lost can any1 help me

the spd settings are 250mhz 3.0/4/4/4 something like that

just shout if you need any info and ill try my best

They're probably 3-4-4-8 @250Mhz.

That's-

CAS (CL) - 3
tRCD- 4
tRP- 4
tRAS- 8

Set them to that and test them. If they're fine then you can lower the tRCD or tRP to 3 and test them again.
