Help with mid-range system

My flatmate wants a PC instead of a laptop for the first time. He's looking to spend around £700-£800.

Last month I got a new i5 system so he wants the same processor (2500k).

Specc'd this so far. Did have a GTX 460 in there but swapped it to cut down the price. What can i change to keep it in budget?

He needs a keyboard, monitor (fullHD, 24") and windows 7 and blu-ray player.

A 5830 is currently cheaper than a 5770 at OCUK.

If you're in education get a student upgrade copy of windows and install off that. Will probably save you a few quid. http://www.winsupersite.com/article/windows-7/clean-install-windows-7-with-upgrade-media

Software4Students sells them. Not sure if it still works though.

There isn't much spare room to bring the price down enough for a GTX460. I would try for a HD 5850 for < £110.

you can also look at the motherboard + CPU bundle (p8P67) for £272.

I would also upgrade the PSU, and downgrade the case (Antec 100).
