Well there's always room to "improve" it's just whether you feel it's worth it.
For an extra £50-100, in my opinion, you've got 4 options.
1. Drop the 5850 and add either a 6950 (which can be unlocked to a 6970 relatively easily) or a GTX 460. (This will be an extra £100)
6970 vs 5850 (Use the pull downs to compare with GTX 460 too)
2. Drop the OCZ PSU and throw in a modular PSU to improve how tidyness and ease of cable management.
3. Choose a better case.
4. Buy a 60GB SSD for OS & games/apps to improve the general speed.
The 5850 will handle anything you throw at it now, it's just whether you think that jump up would be worth the extra £100.
For a decent sized SSD it would also be an extra £100, so unless your willing to spend another £100 you won't really get a boost in performance that's worth it imo.
