A 6950 2Gb is the faster card and has double the Vram which BF3 loves.

Urmmm, its easy to overclock yourself if you start easy and steady, especially with the UEFI BIOS

most of the time, buying the parts separately works out cheaper, overclocking SB CPUs are easy too, you can find some guide online.

i would spend more and get the sli/crossfire ready motherboard stulid suggested, you might not need it now but its there when you need it.

If it's a retail CPU it will come with a heatsink, but you will need to buy a decent third party cooler if you wish to overclock it.
