Help with new motherboard selection

Hi all,

I'm currently shopping for a pc upgrade. I'm semi set on these

Intel Core i5-3570K
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3
Corsair Hydro H70

But I can't for the life of me decide on a new mobo. I'm running a coolermaster cosmos so space is literally no issue. More importantly my budget is around £700-£800 for this upgrade.

I am open for suggestions to change other bits, I haven't upgraded since getting this socket 1156 i5 so I'm at a loss to what's better than what.
