Help with OC

Hi All,
My system was overclocked 2 years ago, but now i need to do it again and i am going to need some help.
My Motherboard is a ASUS P8Z68-v Pro/gen3, processor is i7-2600k.
Power supply wise i have a Corsair 850 Watts CMPSU-850HX and my system is watercooled with 360m Radiator, 750res Pump/Reservoir, Rosa CPU Block, High CFM Fans, Tubing, and Coolant. Also my CS Fan is SHARKOON Silent Eagle SE 120mm Modular Fans.

I have OC'ed GPU and that is fine but need help with processor OC'ing, it has been a while!

What do you think i will be able to achieve? hoping for a stable 4.6ghz...?

After googling, there's tons of guides on people overclocking the same CPU/motherboard

here,just enter own ram speed/timings or enable xmp

Go for 5 ghz

I have gone for 4.6ghz atm, i have been running prime for 30 minutes now and highest temp has been 68'c. stays around 62-65'c during prime. I am pretty happy with that
