help with Outlook 2003: two calendars

Hi

i have two calendars in outlook 2003.
my personal/standard one
and a shared one

i need to copy appointments i create in the shared one into my personal one, however it won't let me copy and paste

is there a quick way of doing this rather than creating a duplicate appointment in each?

How many .pst files do you have ?

Basically you need to import one into another and during the process you will get an option which deals with duplicates.

export to a pst by going file export. Choose your shared calendar and save the PST File. Then import it back into the Normal Calendar.

If its on the exchange server then yes you are right but if it is in a personal folder then there is no need to export as it is already is a .pst !

sorry, what is pst?
both calendars are on the exchange server.

it looks like this. i create appointments in the calendar on the left. i wanted to quickly duplicate it to the one on the right.
