Help with partitions

I have just used Norton Ghost to copy my operating system to a new hard drive.

The new hard drive is bigger in size , so i am currently left with a 78.1Gb partition on C and 220Gb of unallocated space.

My question is how do i increase the size of the 78.1Gb partition?

My first thought was partiton magic but its expensive for 1 use.
