Hi guys, after some advice once again.

Just tried bending petg for the first time today (xspc pipe and rubber), it all went fine till i tried to remove the rubber. It would just not budge, it was a 180 degree bend though and i dipped the rubber in fairy liquid water. Any advice on what I could be doing wrong? Heating the pipe too much, should I be removing it while still warm?

Anyways, any of your input would be greatly appreciated (i have more rubbers on order).

Use olive oil, works a treat and washes out easy with soapy water after. Just rub a little on the insert before putting it in, will come out no bother even on tight bends.
