Help with Pic

I don't have the ability to make invisible logos

It's too detailed to make 24x24 without losing almost all detail to make out what it is unfortunately.

I dont know why, but when i upload the .bmp file...it changes it to the .png =/...lol

**Edit**: Although if you right click it then copy it into paint or something, you can just save it as a bmp again...
