Help with possible Overclock

Hey, in the next few days ill be building this system

What im wondering is, what would i be able to overclock to?

This will be my first time overclocking a system and ill be using the stock cooler on the CPU atm, will upgrade that at a later date.

RAM : Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
GPU : HIS IceQ 5 Turbo ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

Ok thanks for this, i've got to stick with the 5770 atm, but will eventually look to update that along with my PSU, ill probably get a new cooler in a few weeks.
